Fun in Music with Mr. Walton

As part of our Solid, Liquid and Gas Unit, the wonderful Ms. Rosenberg volunteered to come into our class and do some fun experiments with our scientists. They even were able to make slime!

In February, we celebrated the 100th Day of Kindergarten! Students brought in 100 items to count.  Here are some of our fabulous collections.

Science in 109

During our unit on Liquids, Solids and Gases, we froze a penny in an ice cube.  Each of our scientists came up with his or her own plan for getting the penny out of the ice cube and conducted an experiment to see if the plan worked.

Art Gallery

After reading "Snowy Day", each student wrote and illustrated his or her own version of the story.  We had an Art Gallery in the hallway so that everyone could share their fabulous artwork.
